Intro

I have a degree in Anthropology that I obtained from the University of California, San Diego. My areas of expertise span from writing content to teaching various subjects in San Jose.

In my off-time I keep up to date on recent films, spend ample time with my dog, learn Spanish and French, and try to practice the guitar (keyword is try). I’m always striving to continue learning.

Work

I have written educational content for children’s websites, served as a PA in fast-paced, high-workload production companies providing coverage and assisting in writing screenplays, written spots for projects, press coverage, and for the last 9 years worked in education, where I have taught students grades K-12, in various subjects, from English to Mathematics.

I currently work as a Substitute Teacher who primarily focuses on long-term assignments at the San Jose Unified School District.
